Job Title: Sales and F&I Manager
Location: Livermore/Bay Area/ Sacramento
Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Status: Full time
Pay Range: Commission
Job Summary
The Sales and F&I Manager will work with the Operations Manager and sales team on NEW and USED vehicle purchases. In addition, the successful candidate will assist in: product training; team sales skills building; promotional strategies; retail financing, warranties and aftermarket product sales; and interface with banking, corporate accounting and DMV related issues.
Functions/Responsibilities
· Manage customers through the purchase process
· Develop a working knowledge of all aspects of the RV lifestyle, product features and benefits, and current market conditions
· Work with the Operations Manager and General Manager to establish salesperson goals, ongoing training and customer relations
· Assist sales personnel in CLOSING sales transactions
· Focus on sales performance and profitability by “value building” during the sales process, designed to HOLD acceptable gross profit margins
· Coordinate, develop and support sales advertising and marketing strategies to increase traffic and sales
Competencies
· Prior RV dealership sales management experience
· Familiarity with full spectrum of RV related product including: NEW and USED; motor homes (gas and diesel); fifth wheels; travel trailers; slide-in truck campers; and folding trailers
· Familiarity with dealership software systems
· Previous sales team management experience
· Show and event participation
· Finance and insurance product , legal requirements and industry knowledge
· Computer skills including: Windows based applications; Microsoft Office; web-based applications; and IDS (preferred)

Job Title: RV Sales Representative
Reports to: Sales and F&I Manager / Operations Manager
Job Status: Commission ONLY – Full time
Pay Range: Commission and SPIFF Schedule
Job Summary
The RV Sales Representative is responsible for: cultivating/prospecting for new customers; developing excellent product feature and benefit knowledge; managing the sales transaction; CLOSING vehicle sales; and generating sales gross profit.
Functions/Responsibilities
· Meet, greet and develop a rapport with potential customers
· Establish an expert level of product knowledge
· Continually, update knowledge of industry changes, competitor products and sales techniques
· Work with the Sales and F&I Manager and Operations Manager to manage the customer ‘s expectations
· Represent Happy Daze RV’s products, facilities and personnel as first class
· Sell, sell and sell
Competencies
· Must possess prior, well established, successful sales experience
· The ability to understand, educate and relate on a complex, wide range of product features and benefits
· Have exceptional customer service and satisfaction priorities
· Truthful, trustworthy and honest in representing the products and service offered by Happy Daze RV

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Service and Parts Administrator
Location: Livermore/Bay Area
Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Status: Hourly + Bonus (after 90-days) – Full time
Pay Range: $12.00 to $15.00/hour + Bonus TBD (eligible after 90-days)
Job Summary
The Service and Parts Administrator is responsible for: working the retail parts store counter; assisting in service writing; coordinating all service related parts orders; and filing/tracking warranty claims.
Functions/Responsibilities
· Tracking daily retail parts sales, store inventory and cash drawer responsibility
· Service R/O related parts orders, tracking, scheduling and returns
· Coordinate with “other” Happy Daze RV locations in special orders parts
· Provide daily accounting to Operations Manager and Corporate Office on parts/service activities
· Assist Service Technician and Lot Maintenance as needed
· Customer follow-up and reporting
Competencies
· Prior parts, service and/or RV related experience
· Familiarity with dealership software systems
· Cash drawer and credit card purchase transactions
· Interest in learning the RV Lifestyle
· Ability to learn, manage and command product, service and parts information
· Customer service skills and techniques
· Computer skills including: Windows based applications; Microsoft Office; web-based applications; and IDS (preferred)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Lot and Facility Maintenance Staff
Location: Livermore/Bay Area/ Sacramento
Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Status: Full time
Job Summary
The Lot and Facility Maintenance Staff is responsible for the overall appearance of the RV inventory, cleanliness of facilities, and preparation of units for customer delivery.
Functions/Responsibilities
· Perform weekly exterior pressure wash of vehicles in inventory
· Janitorial and light maintenance to sales, service and parts areas
· Detail NEW and USED vehicles for display and customer delivery
· Carpet and upholstery cleaning
· Assist Service Technician, Service and Parts Administrator and Operations Manager as needed
Competencies
· Prior janitorial, detail and/or maintenance experience
· Clean, personable and professional appearance
· Manage cleaning supply and equipment inventory
· Deal with rapidly changing priorities and requirements
· Reliable, trustworthy and customer friendly
· Available to work selected weekends and evening if required
· Assure the security of ALL Company property
